If you believe that a product identified with a reserved designation could not be in conformity with the standards, either because it is not certified by an accredited organization, or because of its incorrect labelling or for any other valid reason, you can lodge a complaint against the producer or the manufacturer of this product. The CARTV will then carry out several checks to ensure itself that the complaint is justified and, if necessary, will initiate administrative or legal procedures to make so that no person continues to put on sale in Québec this non compliant product. Complaints are dealt with in a fully confidential manner.
