12. Program audits

12.1 Once in place, the Reserved Designation Supervision Program must be subjected to an internal audit at least once a year to ensure that its principles and objectives have been respected.

12.2 The program may also be subjected to an independent evaluation, should the Board of Directors deem it appropriate.
