The purpose of these regulations is to ensure that any amendments made to a reference manual are as clear and precise as possible so that they will be accurately and uniformly interpreted. These regulations outline the procedures to follow when submitting applications to modify approved reference or specification manuals to the CARTV. They specify the framework for processing applications submitted to the Board for approval.
