6. Adopting amendments

The Board shall adopt any modifications to an approved reference or specification manual. The CARTV chair and executive director shall forward to the Board all documents related to the draft proposal for new criteria, standards or amendment(s) to standards, as well as any comments received during public consultation, at least 15 days before a vote is held on an amendment.
