10. Board’s Recommendation

The Board shall make the decision to recommend to the Minister the recognition of all designation applications.

The Board’s decisions regarding the files concerned may be implemented only if the inspection plan associated with the specification manual has received a positive recommendation and if the CARTV’s "Approval of Certification Bodies" division has concluded that a body applying for accreditation, according to the scope of a given designation, meets the Board’s criteria and requirements.
