Register of Certified Products Granted Temporary Exemption

Each product listed below has been certified or verified by a CARTV-authorized certifying body. Its label however does not meet CARTV requirements, thus leading to possible confusion among consumers. For this reason, the trader who is responsible for its organic compliance has requested that this product be included in the Register of Certified Products Granted Temporary Exemption for a limited time. As such, the product may still be marketed while waiting for the information appearing on its packaging to be rendered compliant.

Once a product has been listed in this register, Quebec merchants may continue selling it up until the expiry date listed in the table below. Following this date, any firm involved in activities within Quebec and that has continued to accept the product with the intention of marketing it will be obliged to withdraw it from the market.
